The highest security standards apply to all AI-based functions in epilot. Third-party providers of AI models are neither allowed to use our customers' data for training their own models nor to access prompts or logs. For functions that require a knowledge base, we use a highly secure open-source vector database with de-identified content without any sensitive information.
